And, if you're not sure about this podcast, of course, why wouldn't you be? It's a podcast to put you to sleep. I know if you're skeptical, totally makes sense. I still don't exactly know how to set the expectations. So, I don't exactly know … I've been doing it whatever, seven, almost 800 episodes. And what I'm going to do is I'm going to send my voice across the deep, dark night. Plenty of personal space, plenty of distance. I've got this nice, safe place here set aside. Or just you can't sleep, how about that? Or you wake up and can't get back to sleep, whatever it is. So stuff you've been on your mind, stuff that you're feeling physically or emotionally. Whether it's the thoughts, the feelings, physical sensations. What I'm going to attempt to do is create a safe place where you could set aside whatever's keeping you awake.
